1.    Shipping Coverage

We currently do deliveries to Sri Lanka, servicing major cities and towns across the country.

For inquiries regarding delivery to remote or rural areas, please contact our customer support.

 

2.    Processing Time

·          All gifts and other items are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

·          All Food Orders(including cakes) need to be place 24 – 48 hours before the delivery date

·          You will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS once your parcel has been dispatched

 

3.    Delivery Timeframes

Evening timeframe             3pm – 5pm

Dinner Time frame             5Pm – 9pm

5.    Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for:

·          Any return shipping charges, and

·          Reshipping costs if redelivery is requested.

We encourage customers to double-check delivery details before finalizing the order.

 

6.    Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship the following items:

·          Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammables)

·          Illegal or restricted items under Sri Lankan or Australian law

·          Perishable goods without appropriate packaging

·          Currency, valuable documents, or high-value electronics (unless agreed in advance)
